He carries that same care and fairness to his family by enforcing a “Home for Dinner & Weekends” Policy. The Hobbs value family and rest time and strive to respect their customers and contractors time off as well.

Accounts & Office Manager

Lindsey, the voice of Handy Hobbs, became an integral part of the team after she and Steven crossed paths at a previous job. Their shared values, similar backgrounds, and mutual commitment to integrity and hard work created a natural synergy that continues to shape the company’s success. Accounting Specialist & HR

Sarah, Steven’s wife, is deeply invested in the company’s success and a well-structured work environment. Sarah oversees HR, accounting, and compliance, ensuring smooth operations behind the scenes. She manages vendor contracts, payroll, bookkeeping, and regulatory compliance while keeping paperwork and policies in order.

Adam Henry

Technical Lead

Adam, our technical lead, and Sarah’s brother, brings technical expertise and leadership to the field, ensuring every project is completed with precision and care. Although he has many skills, he is the go to for woodworking and finish carpentry.
