FlexRate Discount $90/hour

With our FlexRate Discount, customers can enjoy a lower rate by allowing us to fit their job into our existing schedule. If we have a technician working nearby (within 5 miles), we can conveniently book for your project at a reduced price-no matter how short the job- since it doesn’t require a special trip. This option provides great savings while ensuring top-quality service!

Punchlist jobs include but are not limited to

-wall hangings (not including TVs)-

-simple installations such as toilet seats, light bulbs, air filters, etc.-

-small patch & paint (less than 1 inch such as nail holes)-

-gutter cleaning (single story)-

-furniture building and positioning-

-babyproofing-
